As such we prohibit the sending of unsolicited marketing materials through any means. This includes mass or "spam" emails, the use of Adware, Spyware or any other non-permission based marketing tecnhique. Any affiliate who violates this policy or any of our other Terms And Conditions will be reported and investigated, which may result in the deactiviation of your affiliate account or deduction of fraudlent earnings from your affiliate payments.
